I’ve eaten at the Bayou twice now, and I absolutely love this place. They have great atmosphere, an excellent staff, and most importantly, terrific food! They easily have the best raw oysters I’ve had in Madison area, but they also have a nice selection of other authentic New Orleans style food. Saturday I had two different types of oysters with their homemade hot sauce, a Hurricane, and a crawfish po’boy(pictured below), which came with sweet potato fries. I also had an Abita strawberry wheat, which was excellent.

Anyway, don’t take my word for it, get out and try The Bayou…
